Hello there, @moonbob. Thank you for taking the time to post here in the Community. We're here to share some insights and ensure to help you with downloading your transactions from April to July in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
We can understand the importance of keeping track of your transactions in our program to ensure the accuracy of your account. When you first connect your online bank and credit card accounts, QuickBooks Online downloads past transactions up to the last 90 days (3 months) worth of transactions. If you want to add transactions older than 90 days, you'll need to upload them manually. Before doing so, make sure to know the date of the oldest existing transaction currently in the account to avoid entering duplicates. You can get the transactions you want to upload from your bank.
Here's how:
Go to the Banking or Transactions menuand choose Banking.
Hit the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions.
Choose the Link account dropdown and then Upload from the file.
Select Browse and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then go Next.
In the QuickBooksaccount dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions and click Continue.
Follow the onscreen instructions to match the columns in the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Select Continue.
Click the transactions you would like to import and then Continue.
Then click Yes and then Done to accept your transactions.
If there's anything else we can help you with, especially in managing all your bank transactions. Let us know in the comment section. We'll be happy to help you take care of it. Have a wonderful day, @moonbob!
