Hi there, Robws. I'll provide troubleshooting steps to perform before routing you to our Live Support team, as Etsy hasn't synced with QuickBooks since February 8, 2026, as you have experienced.
Let's try signing out and signing back in to your QuickBooks account for an up-to-date interface and information in your account. If the transactions still haven't shown up, let's re-authenticate the connection between your Etsy and QuickBooks by clicking the Refresh all button, navigating to the Gear icon, and then Manage accounts. See screenshot:
If the issue continues, follow these steps to reach our Live Support team to have this checked using their tools to identify issues on your end and guide you through the next steps to re-sync transactions from your Etsy account:
Open your QuickBooks.
In the upper right of your screen, head to the Help button.
Click the Contact Us option below the Search bar.
Enter the issue you are experiencing in the box, then select Continue.
While waiting for the fix, if you need to categorize transactions, you can try downloading transactions from Etsy as a CSV file and manually upload it to QBSE.
Your questions are always welcome here in the Community space. Feel encouraged to use the Reply button.
Hello there, Oaklines. Thank you for joining the thread. Disruptions like these can be inconvenient, but reviewing your account status on Etsy could help uncover whether transaction limits or permissions are causing the issue and may point us toward a solution.
To dig deeper, log into your Etsy account directly to see if there are any prompts or error messages related to the QBSE integration. A quick reauthorization of third-party connections can resolve such issues.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, we recommend reaching out to QuickBooks Live Support for further investigation. Their team has the tools to identify any connection or technical issues that may be affecting the sync and can assist with re-syncing your transactions effectively.
