New credit card account not showing up as option to link

I have multiple cards through Chase bank.  All of them were showing up till I received a new card today.  I created an "account" for this card, but have been unable to link it for transaction sync.

When I go to "link" the card the new account is not showing as an option to link to the new account.

Not sure if I have to somehow cancel all the links from Chase and reset it up or if there is an easier way to see this one new account .

Thanks!

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention, DSPD. We can do some troubleshooting steps to ensure you can connect your newly set up credit card account in QuickBooks.

Firstly, please log in to your Chase Bank account via their website to confirm that the new account is fully activated and visible. This step ensures the account is properly established on the bank's end and is ready to sync with QuickBooks.

If the new account is visible on your bank's website, the next step is to disconnect and reconnect your account in QuickBooks. This refreshes the connection and ensures all accounts, including the new one, are properly synced.

Before we proceed, please categorize all your existing transactions to avoid duplication during the reconnection process. Once done, follow the steps below:

  1. On your Bank transaction page, select the tile of your account.
  2. Click the pencil icon, then choose Edit account details.
  3. Choose the Disconnect this account on save checkbox.
  4. Once done, click Save and Close.

Afterward, reconnect your account and verify if the newly created credit card is now visible.
