None of my bank info is uploadng. I have 2 different banks with accounts. Any idea why? I have disconnected and then reconnected, no luck just spinning .

Hello - My own bank feeds (Accountant User) have been spinning since Friday, November 19. I have 3 accounting clients whose bank feeds have also been spinning since Friday, November 19.

Before contacting our support team, I recommend doing the troubleshooting steps below to see if they help: 

• Clicking the "Update" button listed on the banking page. 
• Clearing your browser's history

If none of those worked, then getting in touch with our Customer Support Team would be the best route. They'll take a closer look at your account with their advanced tools.
