Question

not all transactions are downloading from bank. Have reconnected many times. don't want to do pdf to qbo. Help?

I appreciate your effort in initially troubleshooting this issue. To further resolve this, I recommend checking your bank or credit card website for messages, alerts, or security updates that can block QuickBooks from downloading transactions.


If you notice any issues, contact your bank's support team to report them. But if everything is fine, update your bank transactions in QuickBooks and ensure your bank information is latest, especially if you've recently made changes to your bank’s website.


If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our support team for further assistance. Here's how:
 

  1. Click (?) Help, then proceed to the Search tab.
  2. Select Contact Us at the bottom of the Help panel.
  3. Decide how you would like to talk to an expert: Chat with us or Have us call you.

 

To keep your transactions accurate and give you a clearer picture of your company's fiscal status, you can categorize them accordingly.
