We transferred funds from QB checking into an external bank account about two weeks ago and it did not transfer and still shows in the balance but not posted in QB. Where did the money go?

Transferring money from your QuickBooks Checking Account to an external bank account can take about 3-5 business days for the funds to be successfully processed.

 

However, since it has been two weeks and the funds are still not posted in your QuickBooks, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Live Support team. They have the specialized tools needed to securely access your account and investigate the reason for the delay.

 

Here's how to reach out to them:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right corner on your QuickBooks account.
  2. Go to the Assistant tab.
  3. Type “contact support” in the chat box and press Enter.
  4. Provide a brief description of your issue and click Continue.
  5. Select your preferred support option: Callback or Chat.
