Welcome to the Community, @janderson6.

I'll help you resolve the issue of not able to upload CSV file to your QuickBooks Self-Employed.

When trying to upload CSV file, you mentioned that if failed. Did you get an error message? I would appreciate, if you could provide more details or a screenshot of the error.

In the meantime, I recommend checking your file format.

Refer to the following:

  • Make sure the file is on a CSV (comma-separated values) format.
  • Check if the file has blank lines. If it does, delete them.
  • Make sure to select the column header labels (from the dropdowns) that match the column header labels in your CSV file.
  • Your CSV file should contain the following information: DateDescription and Amount.

Once verified, import the transactions again. Here is an article for the detailed steps: Manually import transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed.

For future reference, you can read this article to guide you in categorizing transactions: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Let me know if you need further assistance with your bank transactions. I'm always here to help. Have a great day.
