Question

Register for credit card account is only showing payment credits without charges.

The credit card register only shows the payment credits I've applied since setting up this account a couple months ago. There are no filters applied and it is linked to the account through my bank.

You can categorize and add transactions from the For Review tab to move them directly into your register.

 

How to find and accept the charges:

 

  1. Go to All apps, select Accounting, and then click Bank transactions.
  2. Click on your Credit Card account tile at the top of the screen.
  3. Look below the tiles at the For Review tab to see your missing charges.
  4. Select the correct category for each charge and click Confirm (or Add).
