Hi there, @userrnwpools. I'm here to share some information about the pending status of your checking transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
In QBO, the Pending status of your checking transactions means that your bank has not yet declared them as cleared. Also, it takes 1-5 banking days for the funds to reach your bank account. In addition to that, there are several factors affecting the funding time. Such as the time of day you enter transactions or your chosen financial institution and how long it takes for them to verify and process electronic transactions.
Once the transaction has cleared your bank account, you now need to match and categorize them in QBO.
If the status doesn't change after the given time frame, I recommend reaching out to our Payments support team to further check the transactions. They can pull up your account in a secure place and verify the reason why they still show as pending.
I'll include this helpful resource that you can use as a guide in making sure the balance of your QBO account matches your real-life bank statement: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
