First, please confirm with your bank whether the transactions have cleared. Check your bank statement, if available, to find the exact date and amount, and see if the transaction is also recorded in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Next, check the For Reviewtab and Categorizedtabs in QBO to see if the transaction is listed there.
