Too many old transactions imported from desktop. what do i do?

If you are using QBD 2019 or later, run the Condense Data utility to split your data. You may create a new company file as of a certain date (e.g 1/1/2020) prior to migrating to QBO. Keep in mind, you are not able to purge QBO Simple Start or > 60 days old account but opening a new blank QBO account.
