You can filter your transactions by date and account name to see if they are hidden from your view.

Here's how to check your display settings:

1. Select Transactions from the left menu.
2. Set Type to All and Account to your specific bank.
3. Then, set the Date to All.

If your transactions still don't show up after adjusting your filters, refresh your connection:

1. Select the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
2. Choose Bank accounts.
3. Click Refresh all.
4. Go back to the Transactions tab and reapply the filters above.

Keep in mind that QuickBooks Self-Employed is a read-only system that imports transactions once your bank posts them. Checking your bank statement will help you see what has officially posted so you can compare it with what appears in your account.
