How to clear bankfeed transactions listed as uncleared deposit in quickbooks online?

I can show you how to clear your bank feed transaction, @simtreasurer86.

 

You can go to the Chart of Accounts to manually clear those deposits from your bank register. 

 

Follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Go to the Accounting menu and select the Chart of Accounts tab from the dropdown menu.
  2. Find your bank account, then click the View register link.
  3. Look for the transaction. In the checkmark ✔ column, click the blank box until an "R" appears. 
  4. Click on Save once you're done.

I'm able to mark "R" on those that are blank.  I know have items marked "C" with double boxes.  I'm not sure how to clear these.

Hello there, @simtreasurer86.

 

The transactions with double boxes indicates whether a transactions was added or matched from your bank feeds. Also, the C and R under the ✓ column on your Chart of Accounts are reconciliation status. C means cleared through the bank and checked off but not reconciled. On the other hand, R means reconciled. Transactions with R status will no longer show up on the next reconciliation screen at all.

 

If you want to change the transaction's status, you can click the field repeatedly to change it.
