We just accepted a payment by check, and entered the bank info into our qbo. Will this payment process electronically or do I still need to deposit it manually??

When you received the payment by check, you’ll need to manually deposit the funds to your bank account so you can record it in the program.

QuickBooks will only process the payments electronically if you’ve signed in to QuickBooks Payments or Merchant Service.
