Hello there, schall. Allow me to share some steps to accurately manage transactions by refreshing your bank data in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
QuickBooks automatically downloads transactions when you connect your bank account. However, you can refresh the connection to get the most recent bank transactions if the other transactions haven't moved to QBO. You can go to the Transactions tab on the MENU page. From there, select Bank transactions and click on the Update option. For your reference, I've also attached this article for complete guidance: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
In the meantime, let's check if it's a browser-related issue. We can start by opening your account in a private window as it ignores historical data. These are the keyboard shortcuts:
Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
Safari: Command + Shift + N
If the issue persists, I'd suggest contacting your financial institution to verify if there's ongoing maintenance or any system issue on their end.
Also, you can manually upload transactions if you're still unable to sync required transactions for a specific date in QBO. Please refer to this article for the step-by-step guidance: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the problem persists, use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
