When is my deposit taking place

Deposits usually take 1 to 5 business days to arrive, depending on your payment setup and your bank, Jojo.

If this is your first set of payments (sometimes referred to as a batch), we'll deposit the payment within 5 business days. These early deposits take a bit longer while we set up your account. Once we set up everything, we'll deposit customer payments much faster.

If these are credit card payments, they have their own deposit schedule. If you process a credit card payment before 3 PM PT, we deposit it into your bank account on the next business day. If you process a credit card payment after 3 PM PT, we deposit it into your bank account within 2 business days. Please know that banking institutions don't process deposits on weekends or bank holidays on Saturdays. If this isn't your first time, you can expect the payment to reach your account by the next business day typically Monday or Tuesday. 

To check your deposit speed, follow the steps provided below:

1. Go to Gear icon and select Account and settings.
2. Choose the Payments tab.
3. Review the Deposit Speed section.
