Since QuickBooks Online mobile isn't displaying your columns properly or allowing you to scroll to them, I'd recommend refreshing the app's data. Doing so works similar to clearing cached data from a web browser. It will help refresh your application and eliminate common display issues like what you're encountering when trying to add a bank deposit.
Here's how to refresh the app's data:
Tap your Menu (☰) icon.
Choose Help & Feedback.
Hit Refresh Data.
Select Refresh.
Now you can try adding a deposit again to see if the same display issues are present. If it continues occurring, you'll want to offload your app:
Return to the iPad's homescreen and access its Settings.
Open your General section.
Press iPhone Storage.
Find the QuickBooks Online mobile application, then tap Offload App.
In the event you continue encountering this issue after performing both of my recommended troubleshooting processes, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
If there's any questions, I'm just a post away. Have a lovely day!
