Hi there, @effectualconstru. I'm here now, and I'll ensure you can successfully deposit to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) checking account.
If you've already set up your QuickBooks Online checking account and connected your bank account to it, your next step is to put money into your QuickBooks Checking account. Know that it usually takes 2-5 business days to move money into your QB checking account. I'll gladly input the steps below so you can proceed. To begin, here's how:
Access your QuickBooks Online company.
Go to Business overview, and thenselect Cash flow (Take me there),
Click QuickBooks Checking.
Select Transfer and choose the option to transfer money between your accounts.
Enter the amount you want to transfer.
In the From field, select (+). Then select your connected bank account.
In the To field, select your QuickBooks Checkingaccount.
I'd also like to congratulate you for using this here in QuickBooks. Did you know that QBO doesn't charge you fees for keeping your money in the Checking account? Yes, that's right. It's a monthly fee-free account.
