Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community.
I recommend trying some basic troubleshooting steps for this one. Such as clearing the cache from your web browser. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time these files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like your recurring transactions not showing on your dashboard. I've included the links for supported browsers that contain the steps to clear the cache below.
After clearing the cache, please make sure to restart your browser so the changes can take effect.
Let me know if you continue to have issues viewing your reminders. I'm only a reply away should you have any additional questions or concerns. Take care!
Let me help you get back the recurring transaction reminders in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Your recurring transaction might've ended or it has a different reminder interval. This is one of a couple of reasons why you aren't seeing reminders on your Dashboard. So, let's review your recurring template and make some changes if needed
Click on the Gear icon, and choose Recurring Transactions.
Look for the transaction.
Hit on Edit.
Check the End Date or Interval if it has already ended. Make necessary changes if you wish to continue the reminders.
Tap on Save Template.
Moreover, you can get a list of all your recurring transactions and the accounts they're linked to in QuickBooks. Here's how to review your recurring transactions in QBO.
