payments says bathced, where my deposit on invocie payment?

Hi there, Chris. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the time it takes for a deposit to hit your bank account depends on your specific deposit speed and how long you've been using the service.
 
If you are a new user, the initial set of payments generally arrives within five business days as part of a standard security review.
 
To verify your expected timeline, here’s how:
 
  1. Go to Settings and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.
 
Since your payment shows as Batched, it is currently being processed. You can see exactly which bank deposit it’s attached to here:
 
  1. Go to the All apps menu and select the Sales & Get Paid section.
  2. Click the QuickBooks payouts tab.
  3. Select the bank deposit you want to review.
 
If you are an established user and your deposit hasn't arrived after five business days, I recommend reaching out to our QBO Live Support Team. They can securely access your account details to see if there is a specific hold or a banking mismatch causing the delay.
