Question

Why are my transactions from August 24, 2026 to-date missing in Quickbooks? Today is September 4, 2026. That is a TEN (10) day discrepancy. How can this be fixed?

Bank feeds can quietly stall without warning when financial institutions roll out security updates, change login requirements, or undergo maintenance.

Your transactions aren't lost; they are simply stuck in a sync delay between your bank and QuickBooks. Before proceeding with the fix, do you see any error prompts on your screen?

To retrieve your 10 days missing transactions:

  1. Go to Transactions in the left sidebar, click the dropdown beside Add transaction, then choose Manage accounts.
  2. Tap Refresh all.
  3. If that doesn't bring in August 24 through today, disconnect that account from Manage accounts, then use the toggle to link it again.
  4. While that's syncing, you don't have to wait around; go to Import transactions and upload a CSV covering August 24 to today so your books stay current in the meantime.
