Why are the payment amounts no longer showing up under my bank reconciliation? I only have the columns for: Date, Type, Payee, Memo, Deposit, and the circle to click.

Hi bowlrevs,

You may be experiencing some data-related issues. I'm here to help fix this matter.

To begin with, let's continue reconciling the account on an incognito window. You may use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Control + Option + P

If the PAYMENT column becomes visible, you may go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages. You can also use a different supported browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari to isolate the issue further.

Moreover, I've added this article as your guide in ensuring you reconcile the transactions successfully: Reconcile an account.

Keep me posted whenever you have concerns about reconciling your account.
