I've got you some information why you can only see half of your transactions in QuickBooks, @meggy6901-aol-co.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) automatically downloads the last 90 days or more of transactions depending on your bank. If you can’t see some entries, we can simply update your bank account to bring in the transactions in QuickBooks Online. I'll show you how.
Proceed to Banking on the left panel.
Click on the Banking link.
Choose the account you’re working on.
Select on the Update button.
Then, let's review your uncategorized accounts. The missing transaction may be there. Let me show you how:
Select the Accounting menu.
Choose the Chart of Accounts tab.
Look for the Uncategorized Income or Uncategorized Expenses account.
Click Run report.
Look for your missing transaction on the report.
If you still can't find them, you can download the missing bank transaction manually. To do this, simply log in to your bank website, then download a CSV file of your transactions. For details steps, you can utilize this resource: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online
