Why cant I get my bank transactions from December 2025 through to April 2026?

QuickBooks only downloads the recent 30 to 90 bank transactions, depending on your financial institution’s policies. Older than that, you can reach out to them to request a copy for that period and then manually upload it.

1. Navigate to the All apps menu.
2. Select Accounting, then Bank transactions.
3. Click the Link account dropdown, select Upload from file.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Once uploaded, it will appear in the For Review tab, where you can then categorize them for accurate record-keeping.
