Thanks for letting us know about your challenges when getting your bank transactions, @travis-mueller1-.
Let me share some insights into why QuickBooks Online (QBO) can't show transaction details from your linked Bluevine account.
But before that, may I ask if you encounter any error messages?
If you've done the steps in manually updating your bank but encountered the same result, there's a possibility that the connection between your bank's website and QBO was interrupted. Due to that, the system was unable to get the transaction details. I'd suggest reaching out to your bank to verify if they have ongoing maintenance that's causing this issue.
However, if your financial institution reported no issues, I recommend using an incognito or private browser to isolate this issue. This mode is free from cache data that potentially makes QuickBooks unable to get the transaction details.
Here's how to run an incognito or private browsing mode:
Google Chrome version 78 or newer: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox version 76 or newer: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari version 12 or newer (Mac): Press ⌘ + Shift + P
In case this works, you can clear up your browser's cache to delete redundant data in the browser's memory. This will boost the browser's performance including the system you're using, like QBO.
I'll be waiting for your updates here. If you have additional questions about getting your bank feeds into QuickBooks, let me know. I'll be back to assist you more. Enjoy your day!
