I know why you're unable to see the Undo reconciliation option, @jrobinson3. I'll provide details about this.
To confirm, are you using the QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) version? If not, this is why you're unable to see it. Thus, this feature is exclusive to QBOA versions. Otherwise, you'll need to undo the reconciliation for each transaction manually.
Here's how:
1. Go to theGearicon at the top, then clickChart of AccountsunderYour Companycolumn. 2. Locate the appropriate account for the transaction and selectView Registerin theActioncolumn. 3. Identify the transaction to edit. 4. In the reconcile status column (indicated by a checkmark), repeatedly click the top line of the transaction to change the status, thenSave.
C- Cleared.
R- Reconciled.
Blank- Not cleared or reconciled.
Moreover, I'd also suggestreaching out to your accountantfor further assistance. This is to ensure the accuracy of your accounts.
I’m always ready to assist you if you have any other questions or concerns about undoing reconciliations or reconciling your accounts in QuickBooks Online. We're delighted to help you succeed. Have a good one and keep safe.
