You can take and process payments in QuickBooks at any time. If the payment you accepted is on hold, it doesn't mean there's an issue. Please note that we're reviewing the payment to ensure everything's in order.
Once done, our support will review it within two business days. After reviewing, we can proceed with processing the payment. I can also provide the steps for checking the payments on hold.
If you see Withheld in the METHOD column. It means that the payment is on hold.
Furthermore, you'll receive an email notification with specific steps to fix the issue. If it's beyond two business days I recommend contacting our payment support.
