Does anyone know here why my deposit transaction has not yet been reflected on QBO? Do you also experience this situation? what did you do?

Is this deposit coming from your connected bank feed, a manual entry, or QuickBooks Payments?

If your bank sends transactions automatically, there might be a temporary delay, or the connection may need a refresh to sync missing transactions into your QuickBooks Online account.

Here is what you need to do:

  1. In the left menu, choose All apps, then Accounting.
  2. Select Bank transactions, then choose Update.
  3. Find the deposit transaction under the Pending tab.

If you entered this deposit manually, it might be recorded under a different account or date. You can check your bank deposit history to review the details:

  1. In the left menu, select + Create, then Bank deposit.
  2. Select the clock icon in the top-left corner (next to the Bank Deposit header), then select View More.
  3. Set your Date range and select Apply.
  4. Locate the deposit to review its details.

However, if the deposit came from QuickBooks Payments, read the Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments article to see when funds land in your account.
