3 foreign $ bank a/cs. Transferring to main op acc, there is a Bank fee that is not in the Bankfeed trans & a dating diff. Do I use a clearing acc? How do I rec bank fee?

In this scenario it would be best to use a clearing account to transfer the funds back to your bank account for reconciliation purposes. As once the transfer from the offset arrives in the bank account it will allow you to match. You can then potentially journal out the remaining amount, which is the bank fee to another account.
