Can i have two accounts one for the business and the other for personal use.

You can have multiple accounts, philip20.

Please note that one company file is equivalent to one subscription. You can have single login information for these two companies so it will be easy to switch companies between your business and personal account.

Here's how to add a second account:

1. Go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/au/pricing/.
2. Select your country and choose the version of QuickBooks that fits your business.
3. Select Buy Now or SignUp for a free 30-day trial.
4. Type in the country, click Choose.
5. On the signup page, type in the same email address.
6. If it prompts you that this email address is already taken, select Sign in or click Add another company? link.
7. Enter your existing Intuit email address and password.

To switch between companies, here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon on the upper right corner.
2. Select Switch Company on the fourth column.

If you have to open a new account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 3 or 6 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular rate.
