If your bank is connected and transactions aren't downloading to QuickBooks, you can update your bank manually to refresh its connection.
Here's how:
Sign in to QuickBooks.
Click on Transactions or Banking at the left pane.
Go to the Banking page, then select your bank.

If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials. Then press on Continue update.
You can also log in to your bank's website to check any messages, notifications, or alerts that need your action.
