To connect your new credit card, go to the Bank Transactions page, lee-cailee.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu and select Bank Transactions.
  2. Click the Connect account.
  3. Search for your bank or select it from the list.
  4. Sign in using your online banking credentials and complete any security prompts.
  5. When prompted, select the new credit card account you wish to connect.
  6. Select +Add new, choose Credit Card as the Account Type, and name it.
  7. Select Connect, then Done to finalize the link.

You can check this article for more information: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

thank you so much for helping out here, it used to be easy simple link to banking or credit cards but now got complicated due to banking requirement i need to print out authorisation form and sign on paper, make it to be PDF file sending back to authorise feed transactions from bank. It's a bit complicated and more things to do than before but it's safer this way. thanks again i appreciate your helps here thanks
