How do I delete my account?

If you're referring to delete your QuickBooks Online subscription, you can follow these steps to cancel it. 

1. Go to Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
2. Select Billing and Subscription.
3. Select Cancel.
4. Complete the short survey.
5. Click the Confirm cancel button.

Before you cancel your subscription, we recommend to export or print your reports for your reference. You will have a read and view access to your account for 12 months.
