How do I disconnect from my bank account in QB?

To disconnect your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), all you need to do is to remove the checkmark in the File Upload Account option. Below are the steps on how:

 

  1. In QBO, go to the Banking menu at the left pane to get to the Banking page.
  2. Click the Pencil (edit) icon in the bank's name, then pick Edit account info
  3. In the Account window, remove the check-mark for Disconnect this account on save.
  4. Hit Save and close to complete.
