How do i unlink a bank account

Hi woodssheetmetal,

To disconnect a current bank feed within your QuickBooks file you can do so with the steps below:

1. Select Banking from the left-hand menu
2. Select the Pencil icon on the card for the bank you wish to disconnect
3. Tick the box Disconnect this account on save
4. Select Save and Close

Please note any transactions still in the For Review tab will be removed from QuickBooks. Furthermore the account history will remain in your Chart of Accounts and on reports until you make it Inactive. If you are looking to complete this step please see the steps below: 

1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Chart of Accounts.
2. Find the account you want to delete.
3. Select the Action ▼ drop-down and select Make inactive.
