How long does it take to link my bank account as I sent a request off about 2 weeks ago.

With our options of bank feeds the only wait time will involve enrolling for Direct Feed which depending on the bank can take up to 10 business days when sending a bank feed form. With our Standard Feed option which would require your sign in details from Online Banking the link is connected instantly ones the details are successful. 

If you enrolled for a Direct Feed and find transactions are still not updating I would either encourage you to reach out to our friendly support staff by clicking here so we can check the status.

That being said, there are times when setting up a Direct Feed that it does require a manual update to complete the connection. I kindly ask that before calling to follow the below steps:

1. When signed into your QuickBooks file, select the Banking tab.
2. In the top right select Update. 
3. If this does not bring through any new transactions please reach out to our support team by clicking here.
