Welcome to the Community, 91303487.

The 3 missing transactions from your bank feed can be caused by the delays of posting transactions from your bank. Most banks update transactions with QuickBooks every 24 hours, but times can vary. To get the most recent ones, do a manual update.

Here’s how:

  1. In the Dashboard, go to Accounting.
  2. Access your Bank transactions screen and ensure to select the correct bank and click Update.
  3. Once done, check your Pending tab and see if any new transactions showed up.

You can try a few other steps, such as exploring the Posted and Excluded tabs. If the transactions were accidentally excluded, simply select the Undo option.

If the transactions are still missing, you can manually upload or add them directly in the bank register.
