Missing Transactions (Only Deposits Imported)

Hello,  I am new to Quickbooks Online. I have the Quickbooks Self Employed Lite. I am only on the trial at the moment. I just added my business banking account and it is only importing my deposits. It is not showing any transfers or transactions where I bought items. The business bank account is with NAB. Does quickbooks only import deposits? Do I have to manually add any other transactions?... This is going to be a pain if I'll have to manually add every expense transaction. I would have thought that Quickbooks would import every bank transaction- not just deposits. Am I doing something wrong or is this how Quickbooks works? Thank you and I hope you are having a lovely day.

Bank feed errors: money in and out is reversed??

Help! A bunch of transactions downloaded into my bank feed are showing incorrectly. Some are expenses/withdrawals that are displaying as deposits, and some are deposits that are showing as money spent. I have tried updating the bank feed manually, but it didn't help, and I think the number of incorrect transactions actually increased. I am with ANZ, and am using a standard feed.  How do I fix this?

The Dashboard bank balance and QB balance not matching

The dashboard bank accounts get bank balance and transactions that are past. The QB balance is the balance from all transactions past and future. It should have a 'where clause' to only consider transactions up to today and disregard future transactions.  QB Support do not believe it is an issue. I am not sure how you do accrual accounting and rely on this dashboard tile to reconcile your cash balance quickly. What do others think??

Is Reorder bank accounts - not working?

Clicked on pencil icon on list of bank accounts on dashboard - nothing, blank screen.  In Banking I can click on the arrow to the right of the account cards and I get the accounts list and click 'reorder accounts', but then cannot drag and drop.  What am I doing wrong?
