Is anyone having issues with bank feeds, where some transactions in bank statements are not showing up in bank feed?

May I know the name of the bank account where you have some missing transactions? And do you have any error message when going to the Bank transactions tab?

Let's try to do a manual refresh to get your bank transactions. This can be done by going to the Transactions tab, select Bank transactions and then select Refresh.

Once done, you can also try to edit your bank sign-in info. Please note that this is option is available for bank accounts connected via standard feeds. Here's how:

1. Go to Transactions tab and select Bank transactions.
2. Click on the pencil icon beside the bank account and select Edit sign-in info.
3. Enter your bank details and confirm.

In any case you're still having issues with the missing bank transactions, kindly contact our Customer Support team for further investigation.
