Question

My bank update is now only working for one of my CBA accounts. This has been the case for a week with promises that something is being done. Any ideas?

Hello @nick41,

 

Currently, we have an on-going investigation where users , like you are unable to update your bank transactions with CBA bank account.

 

Rest assured that we've already informed our engineering team and they're in all hands working for a fix as soon as possible.

 

In the meantime, you may want to consider manually updating your bank account. This way, you'll be able to track your transactions accurately. Simply, click the Update button on the Banking page.

 

In addition, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support so you'll be added to the list of affected users. Once added, you'll receive all available updates via email. To do so:

 

    1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
    2. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
    3. In the Search bar, type Contact Us.
    4. Click the Contact Us option.
    5. Choose Callback.
