My new credit card uses a csv format of the date as 28-Feb-26. There is no match in QuickBooks for me to import transactions.Can this option be added?

Hi there, sherioz. Currently, QuickBooks Online supports several standard date formats, but DD-Mon-YY (28-Feb-26) isn’t one of them yet. While we can’t add a new option to that list directly, you can adjust the dates in your CSV file to the DD-MM-YY format to successfully import your transactions.
 

1. Open your CSV file and highlight the column containing the dates.
2. Right-Click and select Number Format.
3. Choose Short date, which will change the format to a standard numerical one, which is MM/dd/yyyy (02/28/2026)
4. Save the file as a CSV and try to upload again in QuickBooks Online using the date format, which is MM/dd/yyyy (02/28/2026).
