No bank feeds for 8 days ,frustrating.,.

No bank feeds for 8 days I a connected with Anz ,my program in banking tells all caught up with a tick ,I checked with Anz ,all my accountants are connected do not know how to fix or is this normal ,I also have self employed ,which is great feeds every 2 days ,but online program is a problem, can.anyone help.

Have you already tried to do a manual update? If not yet, let me show you how to do this in QuickBooks Online. 

 

  1. Go to Banking tab.
  2. Select Update

 

If a manual update is already done  and transactions are still not downloaded, it would be best to contact our support team. They'll be able to further check on the account and troubleshoot. 

 

Here's how you can contact us: 

 

  1. Click on the Help (?) icon.
  2. Select Assistant and enter Contact support in the chat field, and then click the Send icon.
  3. You'll be asked about your concern, and you'll need to enter and send it.
  4. If you can't see any related topics to your issue on what they shared, select No, get me a human.
  5. Then, click Contact Us.
  6. Choose either Callback or Chat.

Also, you can connect your ANZ account via direct feed. Please know that only Business/Personal accounts and Commercial Platinum Credit Card accounts are supported.
