Thanks for posting in the Community! May I know what bank account you're trying to connect in QuickBooks Online? If you can't find your bank when you search:
Verify the spelling. Make sure the spelling is exactly as it appears on your bank's website.
Use very specific names to search for your bank. If you still can't find anything, try broader names like "Citi."
Enter your bank's URL into the search. For example, search for "hsbc.com" for HSBC.
If the bank account is still not showing on the list, you can submit a request support for your bank. Here's how:
Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
Select Link account.
Search for the name of your financial institution. If QuickBooks is unable to find your bank, select Still can't find your bank? link.
Enter your Bank name and Bank web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.
At the moment we can't provide a time frame as to when the request will be approved as a supported bank in QuickBooks Online. Also, this depends on the agreement between Intuit QuickBooks Online and your financial institution if a bank can be supported and integrated with QuickBooks. In the meantime, you can manually import your bank transactions via CSV file format.
Thank you for your prompt response, -absolutewindowt. I've checked it here and confirmed that Auswide bank is not supported yet in QuickBooks Online. We appreciate if you can submit a request support for your bank with the steps provided above.
