In the meantime, I suggest manually updating your bank by clicking the Update button on the Banking page. This way, it will refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks.
Your financial institution may have ongoing security maintenance. You can also log in from their online banking website to check some notifications that need your attention. If that's the case, you can repeat the same steps that I suggested after 48 hours. It's the usual period online banking maintenance will last.
Also, you can contact our Care Support team through your QuickBooks account if there are no issues found with your financial institution: QuickBooks Online Support. They have a tool to check the information and connection between QuickBooks Online and your bank.
