This message typically indicates a communication breakdown between QuickBooks and your bank. I suggest logging in to your bank's online portal to check for pending tasks or security prompts that require your attention. Alternatively, you can contact them directly by phone.

 

If there are no known bank alerts, disconnect the old bank connection and reconnect, allowing QuickBooks to create a fresh, secure link with your bank. You can also uninstall the QuickBooks mobile app and reinstall it to ensure you're using the latest version.

 

In the meantime, log in to QuickBooks via a web browser to complete the reauthorization there.
