You can review which accounts were debited and credited in several places, depending on the type of transaction or setup, @RHIC-B.

For expenses and sales transactions, you can use the Transaction Journal tool to see the accounts affected.

Here's how:

  1. Open the transaction you want to check (e.g., an invoice, payment, or bill).
  2. On the transaction screen, click the More button at the bottom.
  3. Select Transaction Journal from the dropdown list.

  4. You will see a table showing which accounts were debited and credited.

You can also run a General Ledger report to access the list of transactions easily.

  1. Go to Reports and search General Ledger.
  2. Customize the date range and other filters to narrow the scope.
  3. Select Run Report.
  4. Open individual transactions to see debits and credits.

Another option is to run a Transaction Detail by Account report.

  1. Go to Reports in the left menu.
  2. Look for Transaction Detail by Account in the search bar.
  3. Customize it to show the accounts and transactions you want to see.
