Question

Cannot log in to Standard bank South Africa with personal banking account. Error 101 for 2 months

I am unable to use Standard Bank Integration on Quickbooks. I have been trying to log into my personal account for +- 2 months and unable to. It was working prior to this but integration is broken. Generic error 101. I have contacted support numerous times without any resolution or further information.

    Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

    Hi there,

     

    Tried both Chrome and Firefox in Incognito mode. Same error 101. See screenshot attached. This is not a browser issue, this is an integration problem to Standard Bank personal accounts.

    You can use csv2qbo converter tool for the time being. It's a $60 one time license.
