I'd like to help you out with the Online Banking feature. 

What help do you need with the Banking feature? I'd appreciate if you could provide more details about your issues. That way, I can give out the appropriate steps and information regarding your bank connection. 

If you need help connecting your bank, simply go to the Banking page then click the Connect account button.

From there, you can look for the name of your bank and establish connection with QuickBooks.

1. Click the Help menu.
2. In the chat box, type "Contact support."
3. When asked, type something like "Need help with Banking" or similar. 
4. Click the No, I still need help and the Contact Support Team links.
5. Select the Chat with us button.
