I looked at the receive payment and was deposited to undeposited funds. it says this transaction has been deposited. If you want to change or delete, you must edit the deposit it appears on and remove it first

We can transfer the payments from the Undeposited funds to your correct bank account to ensure it will match with your bank statement, Eunice.

In QuickBooks Online, the Undeposited Funds account acts as a temporary holding account for payments you've received from customers but haven't yet deposited into your bank account. It allows you to group payments together before recording a Bank Deposit, ensuring that the amounts recorded in QuickBooks match your actual bank deposits.

Here's how to deposit it to our correct bank account:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click on the + New button, usually located at the top left or in the toolbar.
  3. Select the Bank Deposit option option under the Others section.
  4. Choose the Account where you want to deposit the payments.
  5. In the list of payments, locate the customer payments sitting in Undeposited Funds.
  6. Check the box next to all the payments that you want to transfer into the selected bank account.
  7. Click Save and Close to finalize the transfer of funds.

The payments will now move from Undeposited Funds into the selected bank account in QuickBooks Online. At this point, you can match these transactions with your actual bank deposits during bank reconciliation. Additionally, you can check your Undeposited Funds account to clear out any payments waiting to be deposited.
