Hi I have one company and am also self employed. Can I enter both in quicken and run two sets of accounts?

You're referring to entering the data from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) to Quicken? If so, as much as I'd love to help you with this, however, this is best handled by Quicken Support team.

QBSE is only available in the US, UK, CA, and AU version. There is no QBSE EU version. QBSE also only provides single currency in every version (i.e USD, GBP, CAD, and AUD). You may need a workaround to use other currency.
